The rooms are well-equipped, the breakfast is above average, and the location is unbeatable, near a big shopping street bustling with shops, bars.

The room was exceptionally clean with breakfast, ideal for me. A shower, hairdryers, and terry bath robes was a plus. Location: the hotel was just next door to town centre, the pedestrian area with lots of restaurants and a shopping avenue at the pretty end.

Smooth check-in process, and the staff assisted us with parking. Great location, close to everything, and the view was stunning. - Sant Pere Martir Church is conveniently located right next door to the hotel.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in Andorra la Vella, had much fun and met very professional and genuinely helpful staff at the reception desk. Handy location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. There were a main shopping street and a shopping street around the hotel.

breakfast buffet that offers this accommodation is very good, pastries are freshly made and juices and coffees are incredible, quality of service (waiters and head of room) is exquisite. treatment of the rest of the personnel to the client from receptionists, personnel of spa and other wonderful, if it had to put some glitches is that the hotel does not have an own parking, has a limited number of seats in the outside of the hotel (almost in the same door), if it does not have there you have to go has to park to a near hotel that is of the same chain, that in addition is covered by about 13 euros to the day, that is much cheaper than any parking of Andorra that leaves all to you to about 20 euros daily.
The spa, which is a jacuzzi that you may arrive at and is full of clients like you, because if you want a massage or similar treatment you have to pay for it although it is not expensive.

hotel's appearance is what stands out the most, stone construction typical of the Pyrenees, relatively narrow and just between the river and road. It has its own parking lot 100 meters from the establishment and on the other side of the street, open and paid. It has an unloading area next to it so you can leave your car there for a few minutes. reception is small, as are its facilities in general. staff is very friendly and helpful. hotel is located to about 5 minutes walking from the beginning of the main commercial zone of Escaldes-Engordany. It has a minimum free spa, with bathrobe and slippers included in the room, rest of the spa services -massages- are paid.
It would be a three-star hotel if it wasn't for the spa. room was small, it was the minimum necessary to stay there. We stayed on the first floor next to the elevator so whoever was passing by heard it, or no. noise was also increased at night when we were just giving the small balcony to the road, curtains although it might seem that they fulfilled their function let pass a lot of light due to the lights of the sign of the establishment and same road, it is not very advisable to give you the rooms overlooking the road or next to the elevator.

Staff, breakfast and dinner (very good cuisine), location.
It does not have its own parking lot and you must leave your car about 150 meters away (in another hotel) but it is nothing and less than it takes to walk back (although just having the option of parking is a luxury because there is no place to leave your car in the area. You have to pay for it apart from the room (15 euros/day... correct. It is well indicated in the reservation). For loading and unloading of luggage have a place reserved at the door and is very comfortable (and you can be your 15-20 minutes quietly) . The room I asked for was a double en suite and it's actually a double with a second floor with another two single beds (which didn't help at all, since we went as a couple). A double en suite is one thing and a double family room with three beds is another.

Above all, the reception staff, Mr. Carlos is a professional, friendly and attentive. The facilities are a little outdated, but you can see it in the pictures available.
I'm celiac and lactose intolerant. At this point in the century, one would expect a hotel to have options for people with food allergies, of which there are unfortunately many. The hotel breakfast , apart from not very abundant , had absolutely nothing for a coeliac , not even a cookie , the sausages did not know if they were with or without gluten , no sign with the possible allergens , for the rest of the allergies , more of the same , not even options of lactose free milk , vegetables etc. In some hotels , the waiter when you arrive at the restaurant informs you that if you have any allergies , there are options , or you find posters informing you of the options in case of food allergies . This was not the case. In short, I paid for my room with breakfast and I had an espresso for breakfast.

Comfortable hotel, good location
Once we arrived at the hotel and saw that it was complicated to park on the street, we decided to ask for parking, they assigned me a space and wrote it down on a sheet of paper by hand, they did not give me any paper or documentation. We were hit in the car. You don't want to take care of it with your insurance, you don't want to and you refuse to let me see the cameras to see who gave me a blow and to be able to play friendly and not have to pay something that is not my fault. the worst thing of all is that you send me an email saying that the guy next to me has been very kind to let me see his car and he doesn't have a hit that I'm sure I got on the street. So, I demand that you check that the car was parked when we arrived and didn't move anymore until we left and I communicated what happened. hotel worthy of 4 stars does not treat a client as a liar or in such a pitiful way. worst one who said he was a manager, certain Mario. As a hotel, good room and good food although obviously we will never come back. quality of a service is measured when there are problems, because, everything is fine, everything is great.

First of all the location of the hotel is perfect.I prefer travelling by car so I could find the parking place near the hotel,it's very convenient.Secondly, the personnel are very kind and helpful.About silence,I have never heard any noise. The room was cleared every day.I had new towels and everything for bathroom every day too.For me this hotel is the best place in Andorra. If I go to Andorra one more time,I'll stay in the same place.
I don't have anything to write.
